CORE Behavioral Health Services
From age 5 through adulthood, CORE provides mental health and co-occurring disorder services for individuals, couples, and families. Our nonprofit includes outpatient care in Manitowoc, Shawano, and Waupaca, residential treatment in Manitowoc, and recovery services that provide ongoing support after treatment.
New Day Resource
Emotional wellness coaching, consulting, and faith-affirming pastoral counseling for individuals, couples and families. Available in person in Manitowoc and Appleton or by video, and they welcome clients of any faith or none.
Rogers Behavioral Health — Manitowoc
Partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care for adults dealing with mental health and co-occurring substance use. Virtual psychiatry is available for medication management and evaluations.
Summit Clinical Services
Solution-focused one-on-one and group therapy in downtown Manitowoc, with clinicians trained in DBT, TFCBT and perinatal care. Their whole model is built around making access to care as easy as possible.
Lakeview Psychological Associates
A private clinic on Maritime Drive providing therapy and psychological assessment. A good option if you need formal testing — for ADHD, learning differences or diagnostic clarity — alongside counseling.
Phoenix Behavioral Health Services
Outpatient counseling, marriage and family therapy, substance use counseling and psychological testing, plus in-home autism and ABA services. Offices in Two Rivers and Manitowoc.

Outpatient counseling, psychotherapy, psychological evaluations and psychiatry inside the Aurora Health Center on Memorial Drive. Useful if you'd rather keep mental health care under the same roof as your other medical care.
Neuro-Roots
Jennifer Kalista, LPC, offers client-centered counseling for neurodivergent and highly sensitive people, with added certification in autism and ADHD care. She also works with midlife and women's issues, parenting support, anxiety, depression and trauma. In person on S. 35th Street or virtual.
Open Door Counseling
Wendy Hutterer, LPC, is a counselor and certified yoga instructor on Washington Street working with adults, seniors and couples on anxiety, grief, relationships and self-esteem. Evening appointments Monday through Wednesday, in person only, self-pay rather than insurance. Starts with a free 15-minute consultation. Also offers one-hour somatic treatments to regulate the nervous system, enhance brain function and reduce emotional reactivity.
Noble Community Clinics — Manitowoc (formerly Lakeshore Community Health Care)
A community health center on Calumet Avenue with counseling, psychiatric care and substance use recovery alongside medical, dental, chiropractic and pharmacy services. Therapists work with children from age five through adults, and fees slide based on income for qualifying patients. Open weekdays 7am to 5pm.
Rogers Behavioral Health — Sheboygan
Specialized day treatment for adults living with OCD and anxiety, depression and mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, or addiction. Partial hospitalization is also offered for children and adolescents.
Blooming Minds Psychotherapy
Outpatient individual, family and group therapy plus substance use counseling for ages 6 through 65. Clinicians are bilingual across Hmong, Spanish, Mandarin and ASL, with a stated focus on welcoming clients from underserved communities.
Open Door Drop-In Center
A free, welcoming space on N. 8th Street for anyone in recovery from mental health or substance use challenges — somewhere to relax, meet people and join support groups without an appointment. Run by Vista Care.

Center-based and consultative applied behavior analysis for children with autism, ages 2 through 17. Serving Sheboygan and the surrounding communities from S. Business Drive.

Sagent Behavioral Health — Green Bay
Therapy and psychiatry under one roof for ages five through eighty-plus, including EMDR, DBT, medication management and psychological testing. Formerly Nystrom & Associates. Existing patients can book follow-ups online.
Willow Creek Behavioral Health
A 72-bed psychiatric hospital on Ontario Road offering walk-in assessment any time, inpatient stabilization, medical detox, and step-down day and evening programs for ages 5 through older adults.
Emplify Health Behavioral Health (Bellin)
Inpatient and outpatient behavioral health for all ages on E. St. Joseph Street: psychiatric, psychological and substance use assessments, medication management, and individual, couples, child and family therapy.
Aurora Behavioral Health Center — Green Bay
Outpatient counseling, psychotherapy, psychological evaluations and psychiatry in the Aurora BayCare building on Kepler Drive. Appointments generally come through a referral from your Aurora provider.
Bay Area Behavioral Health
An outpatient clinic on Springhurst Drive seeing children from age three, teens, adults, couples and families, with trauma-focused CBT and co-parenting support. Two certified therapy dogs work alongside the clinicians.
Crisis Center of Family Services
Free, confidential short-term crisis counseling for Brown County residents of any age, by phone or in person, around the clock. Counselors help you stabilize the moment and then connect you to ongoing care.
Green Bay Mental Health Walk-In Clinic
Same-day mental health care for kids and teens ages 5 to 18 — no appointment, referral or prior history required. A licensed therapist provides a session, a safety check, and help lining up longer-term support. Run by Children's Wisconsin.
Family Services Counseling Clinic
Individual, family, couples and group therapy for ages four and up, with first appointments typically available within a week. Accepts Medicare, Medicaid and BadgerCare as well as most private insurance.

Nicolet Psychiatric Center
Brown County's 16-bed acute care psychiatric hospital for adults in an emergency mental health crisis, offering psychiatric evaluation, medication management and social services. Admissions are screened through the Crisis Center of Family Services.
Infinite Healing
An integrative psychiatry and Christian wellness center on S. Webster Avenue combining counseling and brainspotting with body-based therapies and multi-hour intensives. Offers a free introductory session, in person or virtual.
The Therapy Loft
At The Therapy Loft, every session has a purpose.
